The Personal Assistant is your private helper inside iTeam. Unlike the company agents (which are shared) and the iTeam Assistant (which helps you build the platform), the Personal Assistant is yours alone: there’s one per person, it keeps your memory and works within your permissions in the company.

What it is (and what makes it special)

One per person

Each teammate has their own. It’s not shared — it’s your individual copilot.

Truly private

Only the owner chats with it. Not even administrators enter your conversation or read your personal memory.

Personal memory

It remembers how you work, your preferences and what you’ve asked before — so it doesn’t start from scratch every time.

Knows the company (within your permissions)

It sees the company’s knowledge and resources as far as your permission reaches — never beyond.

What to use it for

Ask about policies, processes and company information. It answers based on the knowledge you have access to.
With accounts connected, it can look at your calendar, summarize emails and help you prioritize — like a personal executive assistant.
It keeps what matters to you (the projects you’re on, how you like to receive answers) and uses it in later conversations.

Your dashboard, your way

The Personal Assistant screen is your dashboard: the chat in the centre and, on the sides, the blocks of your day (calendar, to-dos, documents, strategies, approvals, mentions, notifications, tasks, rooms, saved items, iApps). Click Adjust dashboard (top right) and the screen enters arrange mode:

Drag it elsewhere

Grab the block by its handle and take it anywhere — including the other column. Neighbours make room; nothing swaps places.

Change the height

Pull the bottom handle. Each block has a minimum height — below it the content would be unreadable. The auto button restores automatic height.

Hide what you don't use

The eye removes the block from the dashboard without deleting anything.

Resize the columns

The sliders change the side columns’ width; the chat always takes the rest.
When you Save dashboard, the arrangement becomes yours — and opens the same way on any computer, because it lives in your account, not in the browser. Default layout restores the original at any time.
The chat stays fixed in the centre: it is the reason the screen exists.When iTeam ships a new block, it lands in its default spot — an arrangement saved months ago never hides a new feature.On mobile none of this appears: there it is a single column with the Assistant and My dashboard tabs.

Connect your accounts

You can ask the Personal Assistant to connect your accounts and, from then on, it helps with your email, calendar and messages.

Ask for the connection

Say, for example: “connect my Gmail”, “link my Google Calendar” or “connect my Slack”.

Authorize securely

Authorization happens through the provider’s secure flow (login in the account itself). The Assistant doesn’t ask for or store your password.

Use it day-to-day

Once connected, ask things like “summarize today’s emails” or “what do I have on my calendar tomorrow?”.
The connected accounts are yours. They’re tied to your Personal Assistant and serve to help you — they aren’t shared with the company.

Privacy and isolation

The Personal Assistant is isolated: your conversation and your personal memory belong to you alone. Neither the owner nor the administrators of the company can enter your conversation to read what you said — this is guaranteed by the platform, it’s not just a setting.

Recovery when someone leaves the company

What if someone leaves the company? So important work information isn’t lost, the company owners can recover the Personal Assistant of a teammate who left — in an audited way.

The teammate leaves the company

The person’s access is ended normally.

The owner requests the recovery

Only the owner can initiate the recovery of that person’s Personal Assistant, and the request is logged.

Everything stays audited

The recovery produces a record (who, when, what). It’s a controlled exception — not free access to people’s privacy.
While the person is at the company, privacy is total. Recovery exists only for the case of departure, and always with an audit trail — balancing individual privacy with continuity of work.
