Not every agent action should happen on its own. Approvals is the queue where actions that need human review sit until someone decides.

How it works

The agent asks

When it hits an action that requires review, the agent stops and files a request instead of executing.

You decide

The action shows up in Approvals, with the context you need to judge it.

It's recorded

Approved or rejected, the decision goes to the history — with who decided and when.
While a request is pending, the action does not happen. There’s no partial execution waiting for an answer.

When to use it

Irreversible actions

Sending, publishing, paying, deleting — things you can’t undo deserve a second pair of eyes.

Actions that reach third parties

Anything leaving the company carries your brand.

A new operation

While you’re still calibrating an agent, the queue is your safety net.

An audit trail

The history answers “who authorized this?” months later.
An empty queue for a long time can mean two opposite things: everything is fine, or nothing is being submitted for review. Worth checking which.
